Ingredients
- 1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- ⅓ cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Keeps a week in the fridge, covered. It will not last a week.
01
Whisk
Pour the condensed milk into a bowl. Add the garlic powder. Whisk in the vinegar a splash at a time — the acid thickens the milk as you go.
02
Rest
It will look thin. Trust the process. Cover and refrigerate at least 10 minutes; it sets into a proper dip.
03
Serve
Small bowl, beside the food, never on it. It dips garlic fingers, pizza crusts, fries, mozzarella sticks, and bad days.
